Women's Day Sourdough Pizza Course
CHF165.00
For women who want to nourish deeply – even in a busy life
On Women’s Day, I am opening the doors of k0.sourdough backstube for an intimate and small circle of women to learn and share true sourdough pizza.
In the middle of all our full calendars, work pressure, family responsibilities, and constant expectations, I want to invite you to take the fermentation guidance and learn something different: rhythm, patience, and trust. This workshop is a space to slow down, work with your hands, and reconnect to food, to yourself and to other women around the table.
What we will explore
This workshop is both practical and sensory – grounded in technique but inspired by the natural course of nature.
Together, we will explore:
- How conscious sourcing supports a more sustainable and resilient food ecosystem.
- How to prepare sourdough pizza using k0 starter.
- The difference between Neapolitan and Roman-style pizzas
- The difference between ancient and modern grains — and how to choose the right flour for your kitchen
- How to feed, maintain and confidently care for your sourdough starter at home
- Techniques for kneading, fermenting, shaping, and baking sourdough pizza in a home oven
- How to move beyond margherita into balanced, seasonal and expressive toppings
We will work with flavors intentionally – combining texture, acidity, sweetness, bitterness, and umami so you can express yourself while baking your own pizzas.
We close by around the table
At the end of the workshop, we curate and bake our pizzas together, then sit down to enjoy them in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere sipping some nice drinks.
By then, you will have already met k0 — the heart of k0.sourdough — and understand how living fermentation transforms simple ingredients into something deeply nourishing and expressive.
You will take home:
- Two ready-to-bake sourdough pizza dough balls
- A beautifully structured home guide
- Your own portion of k0 sourdough starter
