In this workshop, we focus on what truly matters: a simple dough, a manageable process, and the confidence to bake beautiful pizza at home.
We work with one flour blend, one dough, and straightforward, balanced toppings — so you can repeat the process easily in your own kitchen.
You will learn:
- How to feed and maintain a sourdough starter without stress
- How to mix and handle dough using simple, reliable cues
- How to shape and bake pizza in a domestic oven
- How to create balanced, unfussy toppings
No unnecessary detail.
No perfection required.
We close around the table enjoying some fresly baked pizzas.
By the end, you will have made and baked your own pizza, and feel confident doing it again at home.
You will take home:
- Two ready-to-bake sourdough pizza dough balls
- A beautifully structured home guide
- Your own portion of k0 sourdough starter
