San Francisco style sourdough made of rollermilled Organic wheat and freshly (stone) milled spelt flour. It's a bread that goes well with everything and you will not need to think twice if this bread will fit! 

Although long fermentation breaks down some gluten and phytates, this bread is not gluten-free.
